Get the most out of Headrz, one note at a time.
01 / Capture
Start with what’s on your mind.
- Text: Tap the Note control to open the composer, then type and save.
- Voice: Hold the Note control and speak. Release to finish. Speech recognition runs on supported devices.
- Photo: Use the photo button to put an image on your Personal board.
- Link: Share a link to Headrz from another app to keep it handy.
02 / Board
Move it, mark it, take it down.
Tap a note to bring it closer. Press and hold, then drag to move it. Hold and release without moving to edit. Double-tap the board or use Show all notes to return to the overview.
Use groups to keep related notes together. Mark a note when its status changes, or take it down to the archive. If you need it again, put it back on the board.
03 / Search
Find the note you meant.
Open Search from the Note control. Headrz can show exact matches and related notes even when you use different words. Search runs on your device.
04 / Spaces
Give each project its own board.
Open the Spaces menu to switch from Personal, create a shared Space with a Spaces subscription, or join with an invitation. Invite people with a link or QR code. Anyone who has the invitation can join, so share it only with the people you want in the Space.
Shared note content is encrypted before it leaves your device. Photo attachments stay in Personal. Read how Headrz handles your data.
