Manage a Spaces subscription

Use Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions to manage or cancel a subscription. Use the same store account you purchased with. Cancelling a subscription and deleting your Headrz data are separate actions.

Request Headrz account or data deletion

Email Quinnware to request deletion of your Headrz creator profile or specific data. Tell us whether you use Android or iOS and what you want deleted. We may ask for information to verify your authority. Keep passwords, payment details, note content, and Space invitation links private.

Delete a Space or creator profile in the app

Open a Space you created, open its settings, and choose Delete space for everyone. This ends access for all members and removes the Space, its shared content, membership records, and invitations from the live service. When you delete the last Space you own this way, Headrz also deletes your creator profile, creator credentials, and purchase references linked to that profile. If you can’t access a Space you own, use the email link above to request deletion. Manage your subscription separately through the store.

Headrz creates a creator profile when you save your first Space. Restore Purchases recovers a profile that still owns Spaces. If your purchase owns no Spaces, restoring verifies your subscription so you can create one.

Delete individual notes or leave a Space

Delete Personal notes in the app. To permanently delete a shared note you wrote, move it to the Wastebasket and delete it there. Leave space removes the Space from your device. Your membership record and the shared content remain on the service until deleted or expired. Other members may keep copies they already saved, and you can delete your own exports where you saved them.

Spaces expire after 90 days without qualifying activity or 90 days after the creator’s subscription entitlement ends, whichever comes first. The service keeps hashed deletion records to prevent restoration. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted data until they expire, and the app store retains its own purchase records.
